1. Evie cut half my hair off the other day, because it was long and hot and I kept freaking out when it brushed against my neck. This was fine for about two days, and then even the shorter hair got hot and annoying. (The problem with my hair is that there is a certain length at which it does stupid curly things and is impossible to keep out of my face. When it's short, it's mostly straight, strangely enough, and when it's long it's just wavy, but DAMN THE CURLS.) So I'm going to have to either get a proper haircut very soon, or just have Evie buzz it all off. I don't really want to do the latter, because I like having some hair to play with when I'm thinking, but... whatever.

2. WE HAVE A CAR. A Jeep, which is good for winter roadtrip. This means that whenever Evie wakes up, we can actually, you know, go get food. And I can get out of the house. AWESOME! ...I've been kind of stuck here since the car broke down, because walking anywhere if it's too humid sends me into coughing fits that occasionally leave me retching. And we live in Florida, so, you know, it's not like humidity is an issue or anything... Yeah. It's been driving me a little crazy.

3. One of the characters in my NaNo randomly got adorable. When did that happen? What happened to being a bastard, Warren? ...Oh, wait, you're still doing that. Never mind, carry on.

4. My attention span is shot to hell. How difficult is it to just sit down and write? Apparently more difficult than you'd think...

YES. I'm pretty sure that one is my favorite, unless I've just totally forgotten what my favorite actually is... SEE THIS IS WHY I NEED TO REWATCH CANON... I may do that now, since I'm clearly not doing anything else. *shifty*

I approve of this plan. *nods*

I have a mental list of episodes that are at the top, but it's going to take me a couple of rewatches to figure out the hierarchy they fall into. The way this usually works is that the one I love the most gets memorized first.

...Because that is what happens to television I love. I memorize it. And then I end up being able to recite entire scenes from memory and have you ever had the dialogue of an entire scene of television stuck in your head? (Sorkin shows are especially easy to get stuck in your head. It's a thing.)

ONLY CONSTANTLY. I can recite scary amounts of The Box from memory (and then I creep myself out, because I'll start reciting along with the episode while I'm watching and start getting deep into Cole voice AND THAT IS OFTEN FREAKISH) and there's a scary number of Alias episodes where I have whole scenes completely memorized (that damn interrogation scene from Rendezvous comes to mind... And pretty much 85% of Sark's scenes- SHH! I'M NOT SINGLEMINDED)

... And there's other scenes in other shows that I STILL have memorized and get stuck in my head all the time. It's hilarious and kinda awesome if not occasionally annoying, because it's like getting a song stuck in your head, except it's just a SCENE. PLAYING OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

...And that was your rambly comment for the day... Or one of several rambly comments... Or something.

THANK GOD IT'S NOT JUST ME. And it's not like having a song stuck in your head where you can just play it over and over and sing it until it STOPS. No. There is no way to get rid of it. And yes. ♥ I don't mind the rambles.

I actually have a friend I can recite entire scenes from the movie FernGully with in perfect unison. IT'S A PANDEMIC... Or not.

Yeeeah. People won't really look at you weird if you're singing a song you got stuck in your head. If you're mumbling Sorkin dialogue they will probably think you're insane.. Or awesome. But probably insane.

Yeah. It's especially awesome when you've been mumbling to yourself and then realize you can't properly deliver a line while mumbling so then you end up saying, quite a bit louder than you'd been talking before, "Well, you must have one well-lit apartment, 'cause lady, you turned a corner somewhere!"

...I suppose there are worse lines in that scene to say very loudly. Like "I want badly to see you naked." Still.

Lines like that are lines I just want to shout into a crowded room to see if anyone gets the reference, but I apparently have strange methods when it comes to breaking the ice at parties.

...This comment insinuates that I go to parties and that I wouldn't be in a corner with a notebook or somewhere near the food if I did. Both of these things are LIES.

I'm getting Sports Night for Christmas and I blame you, but I'm so excited for this... Randomly.

That would be awesome. In the way that would convince people you were really, really crazy, but still!

I am so excited for this. MY SHOW. *Gleefits*
