[Jamal] Oh, baby. Yeah, they have those quirks. Mostly if you're getting in the way of their business, so I've seen. So what I do is hang back, let them talk fast, then see them out of the trouble they get themselves into. and make sure to recognize they're smarter than you'll ever be.
