[Cáela] Guardian angels are reactive forces. Support capacity only. Their callings lead them away from being instigators, actors, realizers.
I find that it's best to rely on the Angels of Knowledge to draw up the systems, and Archangels and Angels of Vengeance to see it through. Much fewer cracks, and everything runs smoothly.
