Ask a character a question, any question, and they HAVE to answer completely honestly. Have to. It's the meme rule. Even if they'd normally lie, they suddenly have been hit with a truth serum of some kind and must tell the truth.

Or you can ignore that altogether and just throw one of your characters at mine for some random RP, either in this post or in a post you make... elsewhere. Whatever.

In the time I've known him, he's been thrown into a wall by a First Angel, used as a lie detector and had to stay in bed for a couple days recovering, shot once and shot at a couple more times... and as I understand it, he was once hit by a car and thrown back in time. There is, in fact, a Doctor. A Doctor without a Rose along, though what that says is, at the moment, anyone's guess. He's not sure yet why he's here, but the TARDIS brought him here, and there's usually a reason... so he's wandering through the park, looking just a little suspicious.
