I'm amused because it reminds of a Kids in the Hall sketch. If I just imagine that it's actually Bruce McCulloch singing instead of Anthony, it... works.
...I found that both highly disturbing and scarring, and yet... incredibly, incredibly amusing. Like, I was going 'WTF?!' and at the same time... *gigglesnort*
