SG-1 is a great show, especially for days when you just need something silly. They don't take themselves as seriously as some of those shows do, and I kind of love that.
BSG.....is not silly. But it's awesome. And I will be shocked if you don't get a headvoice from that show because there are a couple of characters that are totally your type. So don't say I didn't warn you. ;)
