My puppy is being aggressively cute. It's both endearing and really, really irritating. Also, she's getting pretty damn big now, so I have absolutely no idea how she manages to be as stealthy as she is. I'll be sitting on the couch, laptop in front of me, and then suddenly I look down and she's on the couch next to me, head on my thigh, and ASLEEP, so she's obviously been there for some time. And she makes these disgruntled grumbling noises if I try to move her. Really, Ace? Must you?

Peer pressure is real, and as a result, I am downloading Alias. I blame kawaiispinel, and have already established I will be coming after her if I develop a headvoice of any sort. I'll forgive her, though, because the idea of Juliet being in Torchwood 4 fills me with such squee. (I don't even watch Lost, guys. I just love these characters because of Chris.)

That squee, by the way, resulted in the following conversation about Torchwood, which I feel must be shared because... well, just because.

Me: I can't put my finger on it, but something about her is very Torchwoody... also, if you're not careful, you're going to end up playing half of Torchwood. JUST LIKE ME.
kawaiispinel: That thought totally occured to me after I read Jack's suggestion post. XD Geez, that's, what, three possible characters in, including Marshall?
Me: Yeah. Torchwood does that to you. It just sort of sneaks up on you and one day you turn around and go "Waaaaiiit... what happened here?"
...At least, that's how it happened to me.
kawaiispinel: *snort* Sounds like Torchwood. Clearly their covert ops budget was spent sneaking up on unsuspecting people like that... Or, you know, something clever like that.
Me: So it would seem. Torchwood: They have their priorities straight.
Chris: *giggles* Oh yes. Clearly.

PEER PRESSURE IS TOTALLY REAL. *nods* Although I'll be hiding behind my couch in case you get a Sydney... Or anyone, really. If you get a Sloane in your head, I'll probably beat myself up for you, because I would never subject anyone to that.

*giggles* That makes me so deliriously happy. My crazy characters from my equally crazy fandoms enjoy the proxy love. Oh Juliet. And yay for being quoted.

And... Apparently, I have very few questions, but some of my characters have things to say.

Des doesn't have a question for your sketchyverse!Martha, but he offers her protective hugs, because apparently he's possessive of every Martha in every 'verse ever. Oh Des, you doof. *shakes head*

Pagiel would like to issue an open apology to Grace for anything Des has done or will do in the future.

And Sark is just sort of looking at Kara pathetically and demanding to know, "Why?" I mock him relentlessly because of this. Clearly, he's too much of a coward to ASK THIS TO HER FACE.

Oh and randomly, Selaphiel finds Dylan's archangel body to be relevant to her interests and kind of adorable in a "Hey, you look like me. We're really pretty." sort of way. Umm.. Yeah, random Descantverse archangel is random.

You know, I'll actually do this properly when my characters get themselves together. Silly people.

...I actually don't know. To be honest, I think I'd rather get struck by lightning than have The Metatron throw the alledgedly Holy Book at me. He can lecture for hours and hours and hours about how I'm not upholding the archangel credo and it's lapses in judgement and enjoyment of earthly pleasures that lead to Falling and blah, blah, blah.
