Okay, this is seriously getting creepy.

A lot of the time when I'm alone in the house, and I close the door to the bedroom while I'm out in the living room... something will start thumping softly on the inside of the bedroom door. And the animals notice it and get alarmed, and it freaks me the fuck out, and whenever I actually open the door to see if there's anything that could be causing it, there's nothing. And this only ever happens when Beka is not home.

I am looking for rational explanations here and finding none. Only creepy and irrational explanations. What the hell is with this house?

Aww, that's actually kind of adorable. Much better than the theory I was working on, which is "this house is evil and wants to kill me." ...that's probably not what it is.

(XD I don't even remember why I created that tag, but I have reappropriated it for creepy shit in general. I do not believe there is a zombie that lives in my bedroom and only comes out when the door's closed. That's probably the sort of thing you notice.)

If it isn't a tiny ninja, at least you'll have a legitimate excuse to call up the Winchesters. And if it is one than his epic battle against Sam and Dean's ankles would totally be worth it.

Hee, yea, zombies are pretty hard to miss with all that crying out for braiinnsss. Unless he happens to be an invisible zombie, in which case you have a very dangerous problem. Or he's like a cat and instantly hides when anyone comes remotely near...
