Who do you call right now to lie...?

It is really hard to write when my spacebar only works about 50% of the time when I hit it. And I'd rather not start disassembling my keyboard in Starbucks when there's a chance I'll lose something. This is so not cool.

Also, every now and then I have to stop and go "What the hell am I writing?" Stone angel statues are scary. And gas mask zombies and all that stuff. Yes. Shopping carts, on the other hand... uh...

...Don't ask.

I'M SORRY MY SPACEBAR GAVE YOUR SPACEBAR SOME KIND OF FREAKISH VENEREAL DISEASE... I don't even know how that could happen, but.

Shopping carts on the other hand...

.... Speaking of coming back to journals and going, "SHE WASN'T KIDDING."

I DON'T KNOW EITHER, BUT POSSIBLY WE NEED TO HAVE A SERIOUS TALK WITH OUR KEYBOARDS ABOUT CHATTING WITHOUT PROTECTION. ...I dunno.

And one day soon, you'll understand that shopping cart thing. Hopefully.

Shopping carts can so be scary. See also: Reaper Man.

I have not actually read Reaper Man. I so need to fix that.

I don't know what's more sad, the fact that all my original fic in this verse always throws something at me that makes me go "wait, WHAT?", or the fact that I'm surprised by it anymore. You'd think I'd get used to it eventually...

YOU SHOULD READ CHERIE PRIEST'S BLOG. Not only is she an awesome writer, but her working titles for things make me think your stuff might mesh well with hers in terms of read-y-fuel.

I have heard the name, but I've never read any of her stuff. Do you happen to have a link? (I'm sure if not, I'll end up tracking her down sooner or later, but. ^^)

[livejournal.com profile] cmpriest <--tada! She's sort of awesome. And her icons never fail to make me giggle.
