The Rift post of 'splodey doom makes me happy. Even if it also breaks me because of the Doctor. And Martha. And... yes. Granted, it means I got nothing else done today, but it still makes me happy. Hopefully the fact that I'm in the writing chat will make up for the lack of productivity today.
Speaking of the writing chat. It's in revengeofwritingchatthingy on AIM. Feel free to bounce in and join in on the awesome - or poke me for an invite. Let's see if I actually get any writing done tonight.
Or maybe not. I've been unable to eat the last few days without getting violently nauseous. Every time. And anti-nausea medication does no good for some reason. That can stop any time now, thanks. I think the nausea's getting the better of my wanting to write, so I think I'm going to just have to go curl up somewhere with some tea and hope it stops.
Nevertheless, you guys should check out the writing chat, as it is, in fact, full of awesome.
EDIT: As a note, this episode always makes me want Ricky/Ron fic. Every single time. It's just... *Flaily hands* They're not bad people. And I actually like them a lot. Even if Ricky's an ass.
Ron: I've been his partner my whole career. You know, it's like you and Danny.
Matt: Ron...
Ron: And nobody noticed he got dropped on his head when you guys came here. In the press, in the network... in this building, Matt. Nobody noticed in this building. I'll see you.
How is that not adorable? Sadly, there's hardly any fic for Studio 60 in the first place, much less Ricky/Ron fic. It makes me sad. Yep, I'm a dork.
