Maybe I need to go to bed (well, I do, but that's not the point), but what does Jack standing on tiptoe for Martha have to do with keeping the Doctor from moping?

I also notably thought that said "mopping" the first time I read it, and I was like, "what, the Doctor isn't allowed to do a bit of cleaning from time to time?"
