And OH MY GOD IT HURTS SO BADLY. I don't even know where it came from, but it is now radiating both DOWN MY ARM and UP MY SHOULDER AND NECK TO MY JAW. What? Why? At least the painkillers are kicking in. A little. I think. Also making me nauseous, as they sometimes do, but...
